Mon Plaisir is an interesting blend of 100% Arabica from Guatemala “Santa Cruz,” Brasile Cerrado and Sumatra Lingtong beans.
Guatemala “Santa Cruz” is planted on farm climbs from 1,200 to 1,830 meters in the Santa Cruz Naranjo region.
Brasile Cerrado comes from the Cerrado Mineiro region in the state of Minas Gerais in southeastern Brazil. It is also the first region in Brazil to receive protected Designation of Origin status.
“Lintong” is a Sumatran coffee, often lesser known than Mandehling and Gayo, takes its name from its home district of Lintongnihuta, southwest of Lake Toba. This is one of the world’s deepest inland bodies of water and rises to a high plateau, offering ideal conditions for Arabica cultivation.
